  • Admission to all conference sessions
  • Conference delegate bag and contents
  • Refreshments and lunch on Thursday 16 and Friday 17 May 2019
  • Admission to a Welcome Reception and Social Event
How to register

Online registration is via the secure link below. Once you have completed the registration process, a summary of your registration will be emailed automatically to you.

Each individual conference delegate has to complete the registration and payment process. 

Registration will open on 24 September 2018.

  • Registration name change

    If you are unable to attend the conference, you may reassign your place to another person providing you notify the conference organisers in writing by This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

  • Cancellations 


    If you have to cancel your attendance at the conference, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded provided notification is received in via email by Friday 12 April 2019. After this date, no refunds will be made.

The conference organisers reserve the right to alter without prior notice any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the conference, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The conference organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the conference organisers do not accept responsibility for financial losses or damages caused by delays or cancelations. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
